Chromoplas has invested in state of the art equipment for it's toolroom, which enables us to produce high quality tooling - achieving the tight tolerances required to produce thin wall products.

We are proud to say that Chromoplas is one of the few specialised mold manufacturers in thin wall section products, world-wide.

All products are produced in our clean room environment. Our cleanroom features a HEPA filtered pressurised air control, HEPA filtered laminar flow workstations for handling of products, machines fitted with HEPA filtered laminar flow units.

Our dedicated staff are fully trained & remain fully gowned to protect both the product & the process from contamination. Products are only handled in laminar flow stations.

All products & processes are subjected to ongoing quality control procedures with regular monitoring & inspections utilising appropriate instruments - as per our ISO 9001 standards.
